How to load S-57 charts

Greetings, I have an existing portfolio of S-57 charts. How can these be loaded onto the TZTouch3 (TZT9F)?

The TZT3 only uses MM3 charts. While NOAA format MM3 charts are available for download for free from our website and all Furuno USA units have them included on a chart card; you can not load NOAA S-57 other than the MM3 format offered via Furuno or MapMedia.

1. Is there a tool available to convert S-57 to MM3?
2. Is documentation of the MM3 format available?
3. What is the best way to formally request the capability to load international standard S-57 charts, either directly or by means of a conversion tool?
