Either the pump is pulling too much current or the power board circuits of the pilot are damaged or both. I would recommend disconnecting the pump from the pilot and inserting a meter an test the pilot each direction to see if you get good voltage. I would then take the pump direct to boat power and see if you can pump it both directions direct.

After checking the processor was faulty.
I replaced it and the pilot works very well.
